By creating an account or using smop, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use smop. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content through smop campaigns, you grant brands the rights specified in each campaign agreement. You must not post content that violates any laws or third-party rights.
Payments and Fees
Creators earn based on verified performance metrics. smop charges a 15% platform fee on campaign payments. Payouts are processed within 48 hours of verification. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Limitation of Liability
smop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
